GETTING THE ampm APP

HOW DO I GET THE ampm APP?

Visit your app store, search for "ampm,” download and install. Register your account, and then be sure to allow Location Services and Notifications to take advantage of all the savings the app has to offer.

WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT?

You need to register for an account so that we can provide you with a unique barcode. This barcode allows you to save money and win great prizes.

WHY DO LOCATION SERVICES NEED TO BE ON?

You need your location services turned on in order to check in via the app (and get Scratchers), find a nearby ampm, and get special offers.

SAVING MONEY

WHY SHOULD I SCAN MY BARCODE EVERY VISIT?

Lots of reasons! Scanning your barcode can save you tons of money, get you extra Scratchers (i.e., more chances to win) to play Scratch Power, and gives you chances to win the weekly Grand Prize. The more you scan, the more you can save.

HOW DO I REDEEM SPECIFIC DEALS?

Simple. Head over to a participating ampm, grab the promoted items you want and scan your barcode at the register. Any applicable savings will be applied to all the relevant items you purchased.

HOW DO THE 21+ COUPONS WORK?

You can stack discounts together to achieve an attractive price on selected tobacco products. For example, you may choose to purchase a two-pack of Marlboro cigarettes, which will provide a multipack discount. You may get an Altria loyalty discount by clicking the link on the 21+ page, registering with Altria, and having the cashier scan the Altria manufacturer’s coupon. You can stack on another discount by having the cashier scan your barcode.

HOW DO I PLAY THE SCRATCH POWER GAME?

Once registered, just tap the "PLAY SCRATCH POWER" button on your home screen. Then, scratch away, like you would a lottery ticket. If you find three Toomgis icons, you win! Good luck!

WHAT ARE “SCRATCHERS”?

Each Scratcher is one Scratch Power gameplay, and your chance to win a Free prize.

HOW DO I GET MORE SCRATCHERS?

You can get rewarded with 1 Scratcher for every $1 you spend in a participating ampm (excluding fuel, car washes, propane and lottery). Another way to get Scratchers is to check in (via the app) daily at your favorite ampm.

IS THERE A CAP ON HOW MANY SCRATCHERS I CAN GET?

Yes. 300. But don’t worry, that’s just a monthly cap that resets on the first of every month.

HOW MANY SCRATCH POWER PRIZES CAN I REDEEM AT ONCE?

You can redeem up to four prizes per day (in store).

WHY DID MY SCRATCH POWER PRIZE DISAPPEAR FROM MY REWARDS?

Most Prizes and Rewards automatically expire and are removed from your Rewards section after 48 hours (if they’re not used). Please note that some Rewards expire the day they are won. Make sure you keep an eye on each Reward’s expiration date and redeem your prizes soon after you win!

WHY HAVE MY SCRATCHERS DISAPPEARED FROM MY APP?

Scratchers expire after 7 days if they’re not used.

HOW DO I CLAIM A GRAND PRIZE?

When you win a grand prize, you will be notified of your registration details and the prize you won for verification. Once verified, your prize will be delivered to you within a few weeks. Grand prizes such as an ARCO PumpPASS cannot be claimed in an ampm store.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER OF THE WEEKLY DRAWING?

Winners will be notified by email or phone within approximately 2 business days after the drawing.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY REWARDS?

Redeem your rewards by grabbing that specific item at a participating ampm and scanning your barcode at the register.

WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN AT AN ampm?

If you can’t check in on the app, make sure you’ve got your location services turned on, are inside an ampm store and have a strong mobile-data connection.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button on the login screen and following the instructions in your email to reset your password.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE INFO IN MY PROFILE?
