The ampm World of Warcraft Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins February 7, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on April 2, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, go to www.warcraft.com/ampm and click on the Sweepstakes banner, button and/or link for the Sweepstakes to access the online entry form. Accurately complete the entry form with all required contact information. After completing the entry form, submit it as directed. Limit four (4) entries per household during the Sweepstakes Period.

All entries must be received by April 2, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. to be eligible. Limit four (4) entries per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning a particular prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Drawing:
Winners of each type of prize will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by April 9, 2012 from among all eligible entries received for that type of prize up to April 2, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.

If any potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules, or if the prize is declined or a notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the online entry in question will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account listed in the entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The authorized account holder shall be defined as the natural person to whom the applicable email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules.

All prizes and their respective Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") are listed below:

In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, neither Sponsor nor other Entity shall have any obligation to provide a substitute prize.

Prize Restrictions:
The prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No prize or cash substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor at its sole discretion that reserves right to substitute a prize in whole or in part. Winners of prizes with an ARV of more than $600 will be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, a W-9 tax form, and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by winner or such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Except where prohibited by law, by entering, winners (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) (a) consent to the use of their names, voices, likenesses and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration and upon request will provide such consent in writing; and (b) agree to the posting of their names, city/state of residences and/or likenesses on the Website. Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from any of the Promotion Entities, entrants' entry information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and entrants agree to receive additional email communication from those companies. “Promotion Entities” is defined as Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.

Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required. Employees, directors and officers (including immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside)) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails.

Conditions of Entry:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees (a) to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (b) to release, indemnify and hold harmless Promotion Entities from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this Sweepstakes and/or from the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize; (c) that Promotion Entities have not made any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, relating to the prizes; and (d) that Sponsor at their sole discretion, have the right to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should the integrity, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) be impaired for any reason; and in such event notice thereof will be posted on the Website and prizes awarded in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries timely and legitimately received prior to the event causing the termination or suspension.

General:
Promotion Entities are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions/entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by the Sponsor or any of their agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone, cable or satellite transmissions, cellular equipment towers, damage to entrants' or any person's computer, wireless phone/handset and/or its contents, or causes that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, and/or (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries and their entrants will be disqualified. Promotion Entities are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries; or for any errors, misprints or typographical mistakes in any printed or electronic advertising of the Sweepstakes or any prize notification.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or any of their respective agents. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro, third-party software or website, or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any Sweepstakes entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
